Blog Writing
In my role as a content writer, I was responsible for writing and publishing reactive company blog posts on a variety of topics including industry news, product updates, and customer success stories.
To ensure that our blog was successful in achieving our goals, I established clear objectives and a defined purpose for the blog. One of the primary objectives was to increase visitors and improve engagement rates.
To achieve this, I utilized SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to the blog. This involved conducting keyword research using SEO tools and integrating these tools into our CMS to make it easier to apply best practices.
By implementing these strategies, I was able to achieve significant growth in blog traffic and engagement rates, resulting in greater brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Event Writing
Our team is responsible for planning and executing tournaments and events.
In addition to organizing the events, I created pre-event, during-event, and post-event articles to generate interest and provide comprehensive coverage. As part of the coverage, I conducted interviews with participants, giving them an opportunity to share their experiences and achievements.
I strive to recognize outstanding performance and contribution to our community by featuring participants in our articles and social media platforms.
UX Writing
UX Writing for Bountie Website Revamp conducted UX writing research and utilized the findings to improve our website as part of a revamp project.
Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with the Product Manager and UI/UX team to ensure that the content aligned with the design and functionality of the website. https://www.bountie.io/
Content Writing
As a Content Marketer, I created social media content that aligned with our content pillars. This involved conducting research, integrating relevant blog articles, and crafting copy and captions that engaged our audience.
Through this approach, I increased the visibility, engagement, and conversion rates of our social media campaigns.

Event Marketing
In addition to digital product promotions, I have successfully managed a project for the World Muaythai Championship Singapore's Pro Series 2 Event. By leveraging strategic partnerships, social media engagement, and targeted advertising, we achieved good results.
Within a short span of 1.5 months and with only 50% of the marketing budget spent, we were able to sell 80% of event tickets.
This accomplishment highlights my experience in developing event marketing strategies that drive ticket sales and optimize return on investment. I excel at capturing the attention and interest of the target audience through a combination of traditional and digital channels, ensuring maximum conversion rates.

Web3 Marketing
I have hands-on experience in Web3 Marketing, having worked on impactful projects like Bountie Hunter and Creo Engine.
In the Bountie Hunter project, I was involved in the IDO (Initial DEX Offering) campaign and collaborated with influential crypto figures. Our efforts successfully drove awareness and engagement, reaching approximately 500,000 views and 10,000 engagements across YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok. This was achieved through strategic partnerships with 20 mid to big crypto influencers.
At Creo Engine, I played a role in maintaining engagement within the web3 gaming community. I organized community activities, giveaways, introduced new characters, and prepared for an upcoming NFT launch. These initiatives ensured ongoing user engagement and a vibrant community within the app.
Pre-launch
As a Marketing Strategist, I was responsible for making projections for the upcoming years, including planning campaigns, forecasting estimated marketing numbers, calculating revenue, marketing costs, and projected profits.
Additionally, I prepared a pre-launch mobile app strategy that involved creating a landing page (including setting up page builder with GA), collaborating with media buzzers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), setting up Meta Ads, making the story board and script for Video Teaser, and working closely with sales representatives to attract pre-registered users.
Through these efforts, we were able to successfully generate interest and get 8K pre-registered users from 1K KPI.

App Launch
As a Marketing Strategist, I was responsible for planning and executing the launch strategy for our mobile app. This involved mapping out the customer journey, developing a marketing funnel, identifying key metrics, projecting user acquisition and ROI, and creating a retention plan to keep users engaged.
I worked closely with related teams, including Product Management, Esports, and Creative team, and external channels like KOL and media buzzers, to execute all campaigns and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Additionally, I prepared marketing emails and push notifications to promote the app launch and retain pre-registered users from our pre-launch campaign. Through these efforts, we were able to successfully launch our app, attract new users, and drive revenue growth. I was the one who presented the strategy to upper management for approval.

Campaign
As the sole marketer, I was responsible for driving app growth through various campaigns. This involved creating monthly plans based on our marketing projections and setting up digital ads across various platforms such as Google, Meta Ads, Media Buying, Programmatic Ads, ASO, and Smart Digital Ads.
By improving conversion rates and decreasing CPA, I was able to achieve a lowest CPA of IDR 1,400 with a 7% CTR. I successfully brought in 60K downloads and increased this number by up to 50% monthly, while also increasing the conversion rate to 30%. Working closely with tournament teams, I created various app promotions that resulted in a 100% revenue increase during the Feb-March 2023 period.
I'm also in charge for the Company Web App. I carry out the strategy and plan, successfully increasing traffic and users on our latest website performance by 50% using paid advertisements.
In addition, I conducted data analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and Firebase, and managed CMS, email marketing, and push notifications. I also tracked daily numbers and provided monthly reports to the COO.
Product Related
I was responsible for product-related tasks, including creating user stories for Task Center, Referral Program, Loyalty Program, and Membership.
Additionally, I handled non-dev tasks such as revamping the onboarding process, pricing, and creating Welcoming and Transactional Emails and Push Notifications.

Social Media
As a digital marketer, I have been responsible for establishing and maintaining our social media presence. I have led the social media team by selecting our primary channels, devising a strategy, creating content pillars, and setting goals.
In the early stages of the team's growth, I handled all aspects of content planning, execution, and analysis, which resulted in a 10-fold increase in our following from 10K to 100K within 3 months.
In my current role, I oversee the team's social media presence and manage campaigns to achieve our goals.
